What is this?

The Chibibara leaderboard is a monthly points competition for the community. Every time you interact with the site - logging in, leaving reviews, voting on polls, uploading art, submitting for community day - you earn points. At the end of each month, the fing with the most points wins, gets immortalized in the Hall of Fame, and maybe even wins a small prize. It resets on the first of every month. May the most chaotic finger win.
